IALCO is an informal association of airlines offering language services.
IALCO organizes yearly "International Airlines’ Language Conferences" that feature workshops on new developments in the research of language and provide an environment for inter-airline co-operation, the exchange of experience and ideas, as well as an opportunity for informal professional discussion. 
Our objective is to improve both service and safety by increasing the functionally oriented communication skills which airline personnel require.
